Our story has to do with the maternity hospital that the politician Mavrogiallouros builds in the territory that supports him, which is never completed as various bystanders misuse the relevant funds. A comical accident opens the eyes of our politician who falls from one blunder to another without his knowledge. He suddenly finds himself among his voters and discovers the whole truth. The voters are going to vote Mavrogiallouros black in the next elections and with them he too because of Philotimo.
